Jyotika Raisinghani Dhawan

With over 25 years of experience in talent strategy and DEI leadership, Jyotika has successfully worked with Fortune 500 companies, fast-growth startups and global consulting organizations. She is the founder of Helix HR and We Diversify, an active CII member, and a current PhD candidate researching women and leadership. Her work at We Diversify closely aligned diversity culture frameworks and programs for women, LGBTQI, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and under-served groups, and has engaged students and volunteers in social problem-solving. She also runs a volunteer music-therapy band that performs in juvenile homes, orphanages, senior-care centres and hospitals, using music as a tool for connection and hope, and leads a volunteer programme that turns festivals into platforms for giving and belonging so everyone gets a seat at the table. Her contributions have been recognised with several honours, including the Women Leadership Award for Excellence in Diversity and Equality by Femina, the Gender Equality award by Sabera, Appreciation for Sashaktikaran (Enablement) in the Social Enterprise Awards, and winning the Social Impact Award for Women Entrepreneur by the Delhi Management Association (DMA). Jyotika defines the product experience and relationship management at Aurelia Club, bringing a deep understanding of people, community building and inclusive culture.
